Chat widget messages — your conversation with our AI assistant (Custard). Processed via OpenAI API and not stored long-term.
Usage analytics — anonymised page view data via Vercel Analytics. No cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
Client project data — content, images, and branding you provide for your website build. Stored securely and only used for your project.

3. How We Use Your Data

To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
To design, build, and maintain your website
To communicate about your project and care plan
To improve our website and services (anonymised analytics only)

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
